Why is my bank account not listed?

Altro uses Plaid to help users connect their bank accounts to our platform using their bank login credentials. Plaid supports thousands of financial institutions and this includes most major bank institutions like Chase, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, as well as smaller banks and credit unions.

Unfortunately, if your financial institution does not appear on the list then it may not be supported by Plaid or it may not be supported by the current integration our platform has with Plaid. We understand how frustrating this is. Altro exists to bring financial power to all and we are trying our best to stick to that principle. We will continue to share user feedback with Plaid to try to give our community more access to the tools they deserve. If your provider is not on the list please reach out to us and let us know who you bank with so we can relay that back to Plaid.
