How do I add, remove or change my bank account?

You can add bank account(s) at any time in the Altro app.

1. Open your Altro app
2. Tap “Profile”
3. Tap “Bank Accounts”
4. Tap “Link bank institution” and follow the instructions to connect your bank account

To remove or unlink a bank account:

1. Open the “Profile” in your Altro app
2. Tap “Bank Accounts”
3. Tap the three dots next to the bank account that you want to remove
4. Tap “Unlink [bank]”, and confirm that you want to unlink the account

Please note that if you have a Subscriptions Card and have only one bank account connected, you may not be able to remove the account until you’ve added another bank account/payment method.

If you don’t see your bank listed, it may not be supported by our bank connection partner, Plaid, at this time.
